🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is handled with care, and tracking is always provided.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Ship within 1–3 business days
  • Tracking information will be emailed once the package leaves our facility
  • Tracking emails are sent automatically from Pirate Ship (our shipping provider)

3D-Printed Items

  • Each 3D-printed item is made to order
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for printing and preparation before shipment
  • Printing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or holidays

Pre-Order / Group Buys

  • Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page
  • Timelines may vary based on vendor production, quality control, and testing

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order
  • We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • If a package is returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it

Delivery Issues

  • Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
  • Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with the carrier if needed

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

  • Shipping insurance is available at checkout for extra peace of mind
  • If insurance is not purchased, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for lost or damaged packages

Carriers

  • We primarily ship using USPS and UPS
  • The carrier used may vary depending on package size, destination, and delivery speed

Combined Orders

  • Orders that include both ready-to-ship and pre-order items may ship separately
  • You will receive a tracking email for each shipment

Holiday & Weather Delays

  • Shipping and production times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or severe weather conditions
  • We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times

Future International Orders

  • We currently ship within the United States only
