- If no testing is shown in the product description, the product has not been tested
- Buyers are responsible for any additional testing they wish to perform
🟣 Pre-Order / Group Buy Items
- All pre-order purchases are subject to the specific terms listed on each product page
- Delivery timelines, vendor guarantees, and batch testing (if applicable) are outlined in the listing
- If a group buy is canceled or experiences significant delays, store credit or an alternative resolution may be offered at our discretion
📦 Shipping Damage & USPS Claims
We package all orders with care to minimize the risk of shipping damage. However, once an order is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to them.

- If your order arrives damaged, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS:
