🛍️ ORDERING & PAYMENTS

Add your items to the cart and complete checkout. We do not accept direct payments through the site — payment instructions will be shown after checkout.

After you complete checkout, you’ll receive instructions on how to pay. The most up-to-date payment details — including where and how to send payment — will be shown after you place your order.

🚫 Important: Please do not mention product names, peptides, or anything order-specific in the payment comments. Just your order number is all we need!

We only accept direct payments (Venmo, Chime, Zelle, Crypto, etc.). Here’s how to complete your order and upload your proof of payment:

  1. Place your order
    After reviewing your cart, click the Place Order button.

    You’ll see Venmo by default. If needed, click Change payment method to choose a different one.

    Send the exact amount to the account shown. Do not include comments — emojis are okay.

    Save a screenshot of your completed payment like this:

  5. Upload your proof of payment
    Go back to the checkout screen and click I have sent the money. Upload your screenshot and click Submit for confirmation.

  6. You’re done!
    You’ll see a success message and be redirected to your receipt. We’ll verify your payment and confirm by email.

  2. Select your payment method
    By default, you’ll see Venmo. To use a different method (like Chime, Crypto, or Zelle), click Change payment method and select your preference. The page will refresh to show updated instructions.

  3. Send your payment
    Use the provided username/address to send the exact amount listed. Do not include comments in your payment — emojis are okay if required by the app.
  4. Take a screenshot of your confirmation
    After sending the payment, take a screenshot of your confirmation screen (showing amount, recipient, and timestamp).
    💡 Pro Tip: Most phones let you take a screenshot by pressing the power + volume-down buttons at the same time.

  5. Upload your proof of payment
    Go back to the checkout tab (the one you left open) and click the I have sent the money button. This will open a form where you can upload your screenshot and click Submit for confirmation.

  6. You’re done!
    You’ll see a confirmation message and be redirected to your receipt. We’ll review your payment and send an email once it’s verified.

No. To avoid confusion or delays, pre-order and ready-to-ship items must be ordered separately. Our site will help by preventing mixed carts automatically.

⏳ SHIPPING & TURNAROUND

Ready-to-ship items: Usually ship within 1–3 business days.
Pre-order items: Please refer to each product listing for estimated timelines, typically 6–10 weeks depending on the vendor.

Yes! We email tracking information as soon as your order ships.

📦 PRODUCT DETAILS

If a product has already been tested, the results will be listed in the product description. If no testing is shown, the item has not been tested.

For pre-buy items, if testing is planned once the product arrives, this will be clearly noted in the product listing. Please note that testing can take up to two weeks after we receive the shipment.

All previous test results are available at https://reviveandthrive.io/test-results. You must be logged in (via Discord) to view them.

Buyers are always welcome to conduct independent testing if they choose.

Store dry products in a cool, dry place. Once reconstituted, most should be refrigerated and used within 30–60 days. Refer to best practices for your research protocol.

– No refunds will be issued.
